M. YEO Trueorigin ™

@trueoriginofficial

M. Yeo TrueOriginis a US-Published Author and Artist who has lived in Singapore, Australia and Switzerland. Their unusual career has spanned several industries, including hospitality (host at a modern Australian in Singapore & haute French 3-hatter in Melbourne, restaurant manager who achieved ~150% increase per head spend through own frontend restructure initiative and authored training material - zero staff attrition), big tech/telco as frontend support (and internal frontend), and airline as a flight attendant. They have also dabbled in the modelling industry with appearances on TV/radio.

After much world travel, they founded their own practice at a humble studio on Starlight Road. They specialise in modern parables and creative direction, using a method of spontaneous performative dialogue to produce non-fiction books and memoirs.

From 2012 - 2015, they were active in writing and producing Zines and music-synced videos, won video game competitions, and publishing guides for at-risk youth as a Guild Leader. Their self-branded YouTube channel yielded a video that became, at one point, the platform’s most-watched.

In 2016 - 2017, they held zine-making classes and became a MOE-certified Lifeskills, Leadership and Cyberwellness coach for Gen Z youth.

From 2017-2023, they continued to develop and refine their original material.

By late 2023, M. Yeo began hiring their own team of creatives and professionals, launching their 1st book at the end of the year. They are currently registering their trademarks and copyrights.

M.Yeo is married (to an equally unusual adventurer and maverick) and lives in Swiss-Land, where they are busy penning new narratives and doors into reality, actively remaking their destiny. Where others have said, "Think out of the box", for M.Yeo there has never been a box. They continue to define their life and carry out their vision independently in spite of the odds. They still enjoy photographing graffiti on travels because that kind of honest free-wheeling expression is illegal in Singapore. As for the rest, it’s anyone else’s best guess.
